Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will support HIV pricing, reimbursement, and access across ICR markets. You will work closely withcross functional, commercial, medical, and country market access teams to deliver global value and access strategies and execute launch plans. The role focuses on the HIV franchise, including Treatment andPrEP, and offers broad exposure across the portfolio. You willrepresentICR markets by bringing local insights into global strategy and resource planning, combining strategic input withhands-onexecution.

Partner closely withICRmarketteams toadapt anddrive execution of GV&A strategiesandlaunch plans tooptimizeaccess,reimbursementand uptakeofHIV franchiseproducts(bothHIVTreatment and Prevention),aligned to local needs.
Partner closely with cross-functionalteamsto develop andimplementawareness of unmet needs,HIVproduct valuepropositionsandhealtheconomictoolsto supportHIVvalue demonstration and differentiation.
Lead the implementation of new capabilities, including Value Strategy &Realization(VS&R), tailored to local requirements and opportunities in collaboration with the GV&A triad and the GV&A Capabilities & Execution Lead.toensure understanding of strategy, disease/product data,managing payer objections including negotiation skillsfor successful launch execution.
SupportV&A stakeholder engagement plans acrossICRmarket affiliates, developengagementobjectivesand toolstomonitoractivitiesand KPIs.
Supportpayer researchand insights generation (as needed)to understandHIV productvalueperception,V&Alandscape trends, valuedriversand test value messages.Ā
ProvidetheICRmarketregional perspective and champion localmarketāsneeds into development ofGV&A strategies and materials.
Experiencein regional/country market access, launch planning and executionisrequired,experience within the ICR region is preferred although notrequired.
HIV disease area experience and market knowledge an advantage

Bachelor's Degree and Twelve Years' Experience
