WhatYouâllDo
Lead and support healthcare interior projects fromprogramming through construction administration, ensuring design intent and clinical requirements are fully realized
Partner withDesign Directors and multidisciplinary teamsto develop compelling, high-performing healthcare environments
Translate conceptual ideas intohigh-quality 2D/3D models, renderings, and construction documents
Contribute tospace planning strategies, finish palettes, specifications, and detailed interior documentation
Prepare and presentFF&E selectionsthat balance durability, infection control, aesthetics, and user experience
Apply hand sketching and advanced digital tools to communicate design ideas with clarity and confidence
Coordinate withconsultants, vendors, fabricators, and healthcare stakeholdersthroughout project delivery
Support construction-phase activities to ensure design quality, compliance, and execution
Engage in studio culture, mentoring, learning programs, andemerging technologies (including AI-driven workflows)
What You Bring
5+ years of interior design experience focused exclusively on healthcare environments
Proven experience delivering projects from early planning through construction
Strong knowledge ofFGI, NFPA, and healthcare-specific regulatory requirements
Deep understanding ofinterior construction documents, materials, finishes, and specifications
Confidence navigating building codes, standards, and complex project conditions
AdvancedRevitproficiencyand comfort working in fast-paced, multi-project environments
Bachelorâs degree in Architecture or Interior Designfrom an accredited program
Collaborative mindset, curiosity, and a commitment to design excellence
Ability to build and sustain client relationships through trusted project delivery
NCIDQ certification and LEED AP (or in progress) preferred
