About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to support daily operations across our office kitchenettes. This role helps maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment for all employees and plays an important part in ensuring a positive workplace experience.
What You'll Do
- Restock dishware, snacks, fruit, and pantry supplies across multiple floors.
- Maintain cleanliness of counters, shelves, and shared kitchen equipment.
- Perform daily upkeep of BrewBird coffee machines, Bevi water machines, and kegerators.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low or missing items.
- Keep snack areas, storage spaces, and kitchenettes tidy and organized.
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee feedback or requests related to kitchenette conditions, supplies, or equipment.
- Report employee feedback, recurring issues, or equipment concerns to management in a timely manner.
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple floors.
- Comfort with light to moderate lifting (supplies, boxes, kegs).
- Reliable, proactive, and professional in shared spaces.
- A service-oriented mindset with the ability to address employee needs quickly and effectively, while escalating issues to management when appropriate.
