About the RoleÂ
Genesys is seeking a Marketing Web Content Specialist to help create and maintain global web pages and experiences across Genesys.com. We are looking for someone with experience working hands-on with corporate websites in the WordPress platform and a passion for working on creative and high-performing and innovative marketing websites. In this role, youâll help shape the future of our digital experience, supporting our global demand generation, brand, and CX strategy. Working with stakeholders from across the world, youâll manage page updates and builds and the globalization of experiences into multiple languages.Â
What Youâll DoÂ
Global CMS Publishing & TranslationÂ
Build, QA, and publish web content and site updates in WordPressÂ
Manage incoming web requests and collaborate to ensure timely deliveryÂ
Support content migrations, rebranding initiatives, and data cleanupÂ
Manage translation workflows for new and updated pages across 7+ languages using WPMLÂ
Audit localized pages and assets for formatting, quality, and consistencyÂ
Document publishing standards and web processesÂ
Web Performance, SEO & Digital QualityÂ
QA to ensure pages look beautiful across breakpoints and browsers Â
Maintain engineering standards for code quality, accessibility, performance, scalability, and maintainabilityÂ
Make improvements in page speed, Core Web Vitals, database optimization, and overall site performanceÂ
Ensure strong technical SEO foundations (schema markup, site architecture, crawl health, metadata governance)Â
Conduct UAT or QA processes and to ensure high-quality releasesÂ
Maintain redirects and make updates for site health Â
Cross-Functional CollaborationÂ
Work alongside a global team of front-end and full-stack engineers, QA professionals, and web publishersÂ
Partner closely with project management, design, and global content teams on page updatesÂ
Onboard and train other CMS authors and agency resourcesÂ
What You BringÂ
2+ years of professional web publishing experience, preferably within enterprise WordPress environmentsÂ
Experience managing multilingual websites and translation workflows (WPML preferred)Â
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and debugging front-end issuesÂ
Strong understanding of technical SEO and accessibility (WCAG/ADA) standardsÂ
Experience with project management tools such as AsanaÂ
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, global environmentÂ
Experience collaborating with design systems and tools like FigmaÂ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel)Â
An AI-forward mindset, leveraging modern tools to improve workflows and digital experiencesÂ
Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsÂ
