Primary Responsibilities
Provide top notch customer service to ASU Gammage patrons through selling of concession merchandise to include: soft drinks, food items, alcohol drinks (beer, wine and mixed drinks) and other assorted concession items during Broadway shows and other events in the building.
Receive money and makes change for patrons.
Monitor money in cash drawer to ensure adequate change is available.
Complete a cash settlement of inventory and merchandise sold after each event.
Work in our VIP lounge with donors.
Assist with stocking all inventories weighting up to 50 lbs.
Serve as bartender, including mixing drinks and checking proper identification.
Assist the house staff with clean-up of the auditorium in between shows during a double performance.
Perform special concession duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills Desired
Experience providing customer service in retail/food service environment to a diverse population.
Excellent communication skills; one on one and to large groups of people.
Two years cashiering experience, including making change, counting cash and tracking sales in legible handwriting desired.

ASU Gammage is seeking part-time staff on our concessions crew. This position sells a variety of merchandise to patrons during events preshow and during intermission. The majority of hours available are during our Broadway shows, which typically run one week a month. ASU Gammage accommodates up to 3,000 patrons a night. The ideal team members provide excellent customer service and have an interest in the performing arts. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. Typical shifts are from 5pm to 10pm but can vary based on event.
