TheHVACteam delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefield’s nationwide and regional client base.

Job Purpose

CompleteHVACtasks asrequired. 

Key Accountabilities

• CompleteHVACtasks asrequired

• Identifyopportunities for new work and escalate to client and/or manager

• Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing

• Adhere to HSSEQ policies,proceduresand legislative requirements

• Any other duties as required by your manager

Key Measures of Performance

• All works completed withintimeframesto standardrequired

• Logon and logoff KPI achievement

• Completed works accurately recorded andsendtoadminteam for invoicing within stipulatedtime frames. 

• Future workidentifiedand escalated to client and/or manager

• Internal and external customer satisfaction

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Trade qualified, ideally with two year’s commercial maintenance experience

QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Qualified and experienced HVAC Technician

• Site Safe, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platforms beneficial

• Commercial maintenance experience

• Computer skills – word, excel, webmail and use ofSmartphones/tablets

• Good English spoken and written communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines
