Responsibilities of thejobholder:

• Comply withall Client and Cushman & Wakefield internal processes and data quality controls

• Delivering the contracted service level

Regular tasks:

Daily and other BAU tasks to deliver:

• Compare abstraction form with the abstracted data or the lease data recorded in the system as per process documentation

• Production of database reports

• Efficient management of own workload and ability to support other teammembersin their workload

• Managing and being part of the back-up system within the team

• Supporting the maintenance of BAU process documents relatingtheirjob
