Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $51,300.00 - $76,900.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $22,836.00.Job Description
TheManager,FieldSalesis a fantastic opportunity to flexyour leadership skills as you provide leadership and guidance toa highly focusedsalesteam.This team is comprised offieldsales representatives that ensures Cox’s high standard of customer service and is driven to meet and exceed sales goalsand initiatives.
As theManager,FieldSales, you willcoach, lead, motivate and monitorField Sales Repsand Third-Party Vendorsto achieve goals, metrics and performance through developing sales skills and techniques. You will recommend and implement processes and procedures to increase product penetration through sales to current,former,and prospective residential customers. Authorized Retailersmay include Walmart, Best Buy, Boost Mobile, Local Authorized Dealers & Direct Sales. This role reports directly to theMarketManager of Field Sales.
Supervise, train, develop and provide performance feedback tointernal/contractorand vendorstoachieve all salesand installationgoals.
Serves as business consultant to local dealers to translate strategy into effective operational & salestactics
Develops and cultivates long term relationships and serves as key point of contact with Authorized Retailers and National Retailer Management to maximize revenue growth and drive productpenetrations
Responsible for recruiting,hiring,and onboarding newinternal/externalcontractorreports.
Provide individualized and ongoingin-fieldcoachingand performance evaluationsto ensure efficiency and productivity of all teammembers.
Maintainquality customer service and customer retentionwhileservingas point of contact for escalated customerconcerns.
Conduct meetingsand regular store visitswith direct/indirect and vendors, attend and participate in company meetings to remain current on all Cox product information and ensure compliance with all companypolicies.
Track and analyze daily activity reports to ensure productivityand contribute to the development of processes to improveefficiency.
Designs and implements strategies to maximize sales; including but not limited to sales events, competitions, and incentives.
Conduct performance reviews for all direct reports and develop team members to promote career pathing and successionplanning.
Communicate and support all current and upcoming sales,marketing plans/strategyandnewinitiativesto all direct reportsanddevelop/manage sales contests andincentives.
Remain current oncompetitive intelligenceand share data withdirect reports and other key businesspartners.
Mayestablishand leverage business alliances with key internal and external partners including but not limited to leasing staff to drive PSUgrowth
