As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:  Â
- Provide first class customers satisfaction at all times and do whatever is necessary to support the customers following the provided guidelines.Â
- Handle incoming customers contacts (via telephone, e-mail, chat or social media, reviews), log call details onto call tracking systems and perform call follow ups according to procedures.Â
- Support consumers in the sales and after sales process by qualification of needs, product recommendation, after sales support and additional tasks that result in consumer satisfaction.Â
- Forward, when not having the resolution for themselves, any escalations, and defined topics to the respective Clientâs brand units and / or contact persons.Â
- De-escalate in case of complaint, offer solutions within Clientâs procedures, policies, or guidelines, or transfer to the Clientâs or designated partner for settling and resolution of non-standard cases.Â
- Ensure correct presentation of the Clientâs corporate images in all interactions representing its brand and generate consumer experience through outstanding service and personal care on all channels.  Â
