The Sales Development Representative is responsible for demonstrating the value and benefits of our client’s products or services through customer engagement, with a primary focus on selling and/or renewing contracts. This role is responsible for effectively articulating the value of products or services to customers.As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
Manage a personal pipeline of prospects frominitialoutreach through qualification.
Execute outbound prospecting strategies using phone, email, social media, and events.
Respondto inbound leads with urgency, conducting deeper qualification conversations.
Research accounts to understand key stakeholders, challenges, and buying signals.
Collaborate with account executives to develop account-specific entry strategies.
Schedule andparticipateinprospectmeetings or demos, ensuring smooth handoffs. Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline health in the CRM.
Use AI-powered tools and market data to prioritize outreach and craft personalized messaging.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets. Provide feedbacktomarketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
