Green Health and Wellness Center is looking to add an Operations Attendant to the team.You willbe responsible forthe member entry process, point of sale functions, information dissemination, incoming telephonecallsand all cleaning assignments in your designated department. In this role, you will strive to provide the highest quality of service,exhibitexcellent customer serviceskillsand greet all members and guests with warmth. A caregiver in this position works Sundays from11:00AM – 6:00PM and Mondays-Wednesdays from5:00PM – 10:00PM.
Green Health and Wellness Center will be the primary work location, but floating to other Health and Wellness Centers will berequired, as needed.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Greet members by name and clear them for club entry.
Maintain current information on all club programs, services and activities and promote regularly.
Handle incoming telephone calls, takeaccuratemessagesand distribute appropriately.
Register members and guests forappropriate programsaccording to established procedures.
Carry out all point-of-sale transactions according to established procedures.
Register all guests and make sure all paperwork is completed in full.
Adhere to all cash drawer policies and procedures.
Wash, dry, fold, distribute and collect soiled towels as neededintothe Lifestyles locker rooms.
Keep supply of paper and soap products stocked for member and guest use at all times.
Complete any daily,weeklyand monthly cleaning assignments within designatedarea.
Keep an accurate inventory of supplies and notify the supervisor when additional supplies are needed.
Clean and inspect equipment (e.g.washers and dryers).
Report any necessary facility or equipment repairs to the supervisor and/or maintenance department.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Ability tomultitaskand work rapidly to meet deadlines
Ability to work variable hours
Basic computerproficiency

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
HighSchoolDiplomaor GED
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
Customerservice,housekeepingserviceorhealth club experience
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
In some locations, ability to move up to 20 pounds
