Position Overview
As a Group Delivery Manager at CarMax, you will serve as a senior delivery leader driving excellence across multiple teams and strategic initiatives. In this role, youâll act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in delivery methodologies, tools, and practicesâensuring consistent, high-quality execution and alignment with organizational goals. You will lead the evolution of delivery standards, foster community engagement, and provide hands-on support for complex projects, enabling CarMax to maintain its reputation for innovation and customer-first experiences.

Team Overview
The Technology Delivery Management team partners with technology and business stakeholders to ensure the reliable, predictable delivery of technology initiatives across the enterprise. The team blends agile and program delivery practices to manage dependencies, risks, and execution across teams, projects, and portfolios. Through strong collaboration, governance, and accountability, the team enables technology teams to stay focused on delivering business value efficiently and at scale.

Work Location and Arrangement: This role will be based out of the Richmond Midtown or Plano Tech hub and have a Hybrid work arrangement.
