Principal Responsibilities:
Calculate insurance premiums by gathering pertinent informationutilizingdifferent quoting engines
Communicate and present an insurance package toapproximately 50-100live clients each day
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
Adhere to all contract, property, and insurance laws
Provide customer service for each client tomaintaina positive client-advisor relationship
Education, Experience,Skillsand Abilities Requirements:
High School Diplomarequired, Undergraduate degree a plus
Life & Health License required
Mustdemonstratean aptitude for problem-solving anda strong desireto succeed
Ability todeterminesolutions for customers and problem solve in real time (consultative sales approach)
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment
Mustpossessexcellent verbal and written communication skills
