We are seekingSeniorJava Backend Developers to work on MIS (Management Information System) and Regulatory Reporting solutions, supporting statutory reporting and compliance requirements for banking authorities

Job Description
Design, develop, andmaintainMIS and Regulatory Reporting applications
Design complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
Support regulatory submissions to the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) and other authorities, as well as ad hoc business and compliance reports.
Develop backend services using Java
Build andoptimizecomplex SQL queries, performance for large scale data processing, ensure accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with business and compliance teams to meet reporting deadlines
Provide system support and enhancements as needed
Guide technical design and review juniorsâ work
Job Requirements
Strong experience with Java backend development
In depthexpertisein complex SQL, especially Oracle SQL
Experience handling large data volumes and reporting logic
Minimum5years of experiencein banking or financial IT systems
Experience withbanking MIS systemsorSBV regulatory reportingis a strong advantage
Take ownership of complex reporting logic and critical regulatory deliverables
Good understanding of banking data structures and financial reporting flows
Good analytical and data handling skills
Strong communicationand teamwork skillsÂ
Ability to work in enterprise scale and regulated environmentsÂ
Good problem solving and analytical thinkingÂ
Experience working in global delivery or outsourcing models is an advantage
Bachelorâs degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written), Korean is plus
