Role Overview
We are looking for a high-impact Inside Sales Representative to drive new business pipeline creation across our cloud and SaaS portfolio.
This is not a reactive lead qualification role.
What you will be doing at ARROW:
- Generate demand through targeted outbound prospecting
- Engage both partners and end customers
- Run consultative discovery conversations
- Create and qualify opportunities for the field sales team
- Generate new pipeline through outbound activity (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Identify and engage key stakeholders across target accounts
- Execute targeted account-based prospecting strategies
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
Who are we looking for?
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in outbound sales / SDR / inside sales in SaaS, cloud, or IT
- Strong prospecting capability (cold outreach, LinkedIn, account targeting)
- Commercial mindset with focus on pipeline and outcomes
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
