Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)Â
10+ years of experience in IT/IS operations, business operations, portfolio/program leadership,financial management, or related areasÂ
Experience leading or supporting enterprise portfolios, PMO/EPMO functions, or large-scale initiativesÂ
Strong experience with financial planning, budgeting, or cost optimization within a complex organizationÂ
Demonstrated experience working within governance frameworks and matrixed environmentsÂ
Ability to influence across teams and work effectively with senior leaders and diverse stakeholdersÂ
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Experience in EPMO, portfolio leadership, or enterprise program managementÂ
Background in IT or technologyfinancial management(e.g., budgeting, forecasting, TBM, cost optimization)Â
Exposure to governance, operating models, or strategic planningÂ
Experience working closely with CIOs, senior executives, or in a chief-of-staff / strategic operations capacityÂ
Ability tooperatein ambiguous or evolving environments and bring structure to complex problemsÂ
This role is based in Duluth, MN with a hybrid work arrangement. Regular in-person presence is expected to support collaboration with IS leadership and the CIO office.
Candidateslocatedin Minnesota, North Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, or South Dakota are strongly preferred.
