âŻMeet the team:
TheSenior Technical Program Manager (Sr TPM)will lead complex,crossfunctionaltechnical programs supporting the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of Dexcomâs CGM products. This roleoperatesat the intersection ofhardware, software, operations, quality, and regulatory, ensuring programs are executed with rigor in ahighly regulated medical device environment.
The Sr TPM is accountable forendtoendprogram executionâdriving alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams to deliverAI and analyticproducts on time,in scope, and in compliance with internal and external requirements
This role requires a strong technical background and experience in product development/project management, ideally in a regulated environment such as medical device development.
Where you come in:âŻ
Program Execution:âŻLead AI/ML infrastructure (e.g., pre-training, post-training pipelines, inference stacks)and Business Intelligence projects,managing milestones, timelines, and resources.
Technical Strategy & Roadmap:âŻCollaborate with research scientists, data scientists,IT,and engineers to define and buildstate-of-the-artmodeling techniques and AI products.
Risk Management & Mitigation:âŻProactivelyidentifytechnical risks (e.g., model drift,data drift,bottlenecks) and devise solutions, ensuring high-quality, production-ready AI models.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:âŻPartner withR&D, Engineering, IT,Quality,Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliant and safe AI deployment, such as human-in-the-loop (HITL) processes.
Tooling & Process Improvement:âŻDevelop tools and workflows to enhance data collection, model evaluation, and productionefficiency.
What makes you successful:âŻ
Bachelorâsdegree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical fieldÂ
7+ years of experience intechnical program managementor project leadership rolesÂ
Provenexperience managing programs in aregulated environment(medical device, biotech, or similar)Â
Provenexperience as an Agile Scrum Master, with understanding of Data Science methodologies
Demonstratedability to leadcrossfunctionalteamswithout direct authorityÂ
Excellentcommunication skills, with experience presenting to senior leadershipÂ
Stronganalytical, organizational, andproblemsolvingskills
PMP,PgMP,Scrum Masteror similar certification
Lean Six Sigma certification

Typically requires a Bachelorâs degree in a technical discipline, and a minimumÂ
of 5-8 years related experience or Masterâs degree and 2-5 yearsÂ
equivalent industry experience or a PhDÂ and 0-2 years experience
