A career as a Business Development Representative (BDR) will provide you with the opportunity to connect with various stakeholders to uncover their pain points around reporting solutions and how Clearwater can alleviate their stresses. With the use of advanced technology, you and your team will generate prospective customers through cold-calling, email, and multichannel sales activities, including videos and events. You will learn sales best practices and how to use company tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to successfully source new meetings and assist with the growth of Clearwater!Â
How you will contribute:Â
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needsÂ
Source and arrange business meetings with prospective clientsÂ
Promote the companyâs products/services while addressing or predicting clientsâ objectivesÂ
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customersÂ
Create and maintain client information in our CRM databaseÂ
Collaborate with and become an apprentice to closers in supporting deals as they move through the sales funnelÂ
Display an eagerness to build and execute a sales pipeline through multiple forms of communication, including cold calls, emails, videos, and eventsÂ
Who you are:Â
1+ yearsâ experience in a Business Development or Inside Sales roleÂ
Track record of attaining and exceeding targetsÂ
Excellent relationship building and management skillsÂ
Competitiveness â passion & driveÂ
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skillsÂ
Strong organizational and interpersonal skillsÂ
Ability to be a team player while also making independent decisionsÂ
Exceptional problem-solving abilitiesÂ

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft OfficeÂ
