What you will do:
As an Office Manager at Sensorfact, you will be the heartbeat of our Barcelona office, ensuring a seamless, productive, and welcoming environment for our team. You’ll play a dual role: managing the physical workspace to perfection while supporting the People team with essential HR administrative processes. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure that as we grow, our operations remain efficient and our culture stays vibrant. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage office operations by managing relationships with building facilities, maintenance, and cleaning services to ensure a high-standard workspace.
Optimize workplace processes by establishing clear office policies, managing inventory, and ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related needs, fostering a positive and well-organized work environment.
Coordinate logistical projects, including office moves, layout changes, and expansions as the company grows.
Drive internal culture by helping organize team gatherings, company meetings, and social events that bring our people together.
Collaborate across departments (HR, IT, Finance) to support ad-hoc operational projects.
What you bring:
Relevant experience in Office Management, HR, or a similar operational role within a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); Catalan or other European languages are a strong plus.
A proactive problem-solver who can anticipate office needs before they arise and handle employee requests with empathy and efficiency.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vendors, budgets, and administrative tasks without breaking a sweat.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a "people-first" attitude and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
