EverProis seeking a Manager of Growth & Market Strategy to directly support the General Manager of Service Fusion. This role will act as an extension of the GM—helping translate strategic priorities into execution across the business while ensuring alignment, accountability, and progress against key initiatives.
This individual will work closely with functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and OperationsThis person needs to execute plans as well as support the creation of and decision-making around those plans through research, business analysis, and deep understanding of and empathy with our customer base.The role requires strong cross-functional coordination, analytical rigor, and the ability tooperateat both a strategic and executional level.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment—someone who can connect the dots across teams,identifygaps, and drive initiatives forward without direct authorty.

With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in theUnited States– ifyou’reclose to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or toother office locations around North America.
