Analog Devices is seeking a Staff Field Robotics System Engineer to operate at the intersection of hands-on robotic system expertise, customer engagement, and platform enablement.
You will act as a system-level domain expert in the field, supporting customers from early architecture discussions through proof-of-concept (PoC), evaluation, and system support and integration, accelerating adoption of ADI technologies in real-world robotic systems.

This role supports priority segments including industrial robotics, humanoids, mobile robots, and service robotics, and is central to ADIās strategy to move up the value stackāfrom components to subsystems and platforms.
Success in this role requires the ability to operate across complex ecosystems, influence technical and business stakeholders, and translate platform capabilities into working PoCs that accelerate customer adoption. At its core, this role executes ADIās platforms & solutions strategy in the fieldādriving near-term business impact while scaling repeatable system solutions and strengthening ADI position within key robotics ecosystems.

Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $142,200 to $195,525.Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
