Applied Materials has a high-level position opportunity for a recognized expert within the semiconductor or related industry.
This Field Site Director position is a strategic role managing the Customer and Business Operations for a key semiconductor customer in the US. In this position, based in Boise, ID, you will lead key strategic programs and be the main customer interface for all areas, you will also work with a team of approximately 20 highly specialized service maintenance engineers.
This Site Director role will put your highly specialized experience and talent to work in a fast-growing environment at Applied Materials. You may be called upon to anticipate internal or external business challenges, as well as to recommend process and strategy improvements. Your input will help guide organizational strategy, and you will be responsible to achieve key milestones and objectives in a context of key nodal transfers, ramps, and overall customer satisfaction.

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
