We are seeking a highly motivated and forwardâthinking leader to drive the next phase of paid media and agentic search transformation at KimberlyâClark International Personal Care (IPC).
The Paid Media & Agentic Search Lead will drive bestâinâclass industry practices and enable markets to deliver precise, scalable, and outcomeâdriven media performance - from discovery to conversion. This role plays a critical part in ensuring strong integration across media and content, and pioneer AIâempowered discovery, helping IPC markets shift toward insightâled, discoveryâfirst, and performanceâanchored media strategies.
Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:
Strategic Media Planning
Translate business and brand objectives into media objectives, ensuring sufficiency across funnel, platforms, and product priorities.
Lead the evolution of media planning frameworks to reflect modern discovery dynamics.
Partner with markets and sectors to align annual planning and key campaign planning.
Establish standards and planning principles to ensure consistent, highâquality execution across markets.

Advance audienceâled planning, including validation of targeting effectiveness across platforms.
Apply AIâpowered audience, signal, and diagnostic tools to improve precision and effectiveness.
Standardize custom audience creation and activation, fully leveraging 0PD / 1PD / 2PD across media ecosystems.
Lead inâtarget validation pilots to reduce media waste and improve efficiency.

Scale mediaâled creative versioning, using AIâpowered tools to increase speed, relevance, and performance.
Apply creative quality and diagnostic tool to ensure assets are platformâfit and optimized for effectiveness.
Define and evolve social boosting principles, iterating in line with platform algorithms dynamics.

Facilitate crossâmarket insight sharing on agentic discovery, content optimization, and media activation.
Develop frameworks to ensure visibility, quality brand framing, and conversion in agentâled environments.
Partner with agencies to test, learn, and scale AIâdriven search and recommendation models.
Support thirdâparty content and partnership initiatives that influence AIâpowered discovery.

Essential requirements
7â10 years of experience in paid media, across multiple markets.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into media outcomes.
Strong background in media strategy, audience planning, activation, and optimization.
Proven track record of driving media performance, efficiency, and innovation.
Deep understanding of major media ecosystems, social platforms, and emerging AI answer engines.
Handsâon experience with AIâsearch and emerging media technologies.
Strong analytical mindset, connecting data, insight, and action.
Excellent communication and influencing skills in a matrixed, crossâfunctional environment.
