Travailler sur des tĂąches Ă la fois opĂ©rationnelles et stratĂ©giques, avec un accent sur les personnes, la culture et lâorganisation. Comprendre les besoins business et proposer de maniĂšre proactive des solutions RH apportant de la valeur tout en garantissant la conformitĂ© aux lois du travail et aux politiques RH.
- Ătablir un partenariat avec le business afin que la planification des effectifs et les processus dâintĂ©gration soutiennent les objectifs de croissance. Collaborer avec lâĂ©quipe Talent Acquisition.
- Appliquer les standards de performance globaux, les KPI et les objectifs afin de favoriser une culture de haute performance. Fournir coaching et conseils aux managers sur les activités clés de gestion des équipes.
- Collaborer avec les leaders pour identifier, développer et renforcer le vivier de talents. Utiliser les Leadership Pillars et Diversity360 pour façonner la culture et les comportements, en connectant les collaborateurs à leur potentiel.
- Mettre en Ćuvre des initiatives de formation et de dĂ©veloppement visant Ă amĂ©liorer les compĂ©tences techniques et managĂ©riales, en collaboration avec les Ă©quipes HR Talent.
- Construire des relations solides avec les managers et les employés. Traiter les problématiques actuelles via les pratiques, processus et politiques RH afin de maintenir conformité et engagement.
- Garantir le respect des standards, rĂšgles, outils, politiques et processus globaux et locaux liĂ©s aux opĂ©rations et Ă lâexĂ©cution des projets.
- Soutenir les audits qualité RH et veiller à ce que les processus répondent aux standards requis.
- Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes dâexĂ©cution des projets en assurant une dotation appropriĂ©e, en coordination avec les managers, Talent Acquisition et Global Mobility pour la mobilisation des travailleurs projet.
- Contribuer aux activitĂ©s RH quotidiennes nĂ©cessitant lâintervention dâun HRBP. Aider les managers Ă gĂ©rer les donnĂ©es RH et Ă utiliser les tableaux de bord et rapports pour faciliter la prise de dĂ©cision.
- Collecter et reporter les données aux équipes RH locales France afin de garantir que les activités Grid Integration soient correctement enregistrées pour assurer la conformité avec la législation française.
Votre profil
- Capacité avérée à construire, développer et maintenir des relations de travail collaboratives.
- Une expérience en leadership et/ou en ressources humaines dans des postes précédents serait un atout.
- Connaissance du marché du travail local, de la législation et des politiques sociales.
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux business et de la maniÚre dont les RH peuvent agir en véritable partenaire stratégique.
- Excellente maĂźtrise du français et de lâanglais, Ă lâĂ©crit comme Ă lâoral.
- CompĂ©tences en nĂ©gociation, avec la capacitĂ© de parvenir Ă un consensus et dâinfluencer les parties prenantes.
- Capacité à prioriser les tùches, communiquer clairement et aligner les actions avec les parties prenantes.

The Opportunity
Hitachi Energy is looking for an HR Business Partner to support Grid Integration activities in France. You will be part of a global team of HR Business Partners. How Youâll Make an Impact
- Work on both operational and strategic tasks, with a strong focus on people, culture, and organizational topics. Understand business needs and proactively propose HR solutions that bring value while ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Partner with the business to ensure that workforce planning and onboarding processes support growth objectives. Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Apply global performance standards, KPIs, and objectives to foster a highâperformance culture. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on key peopleâmanagement activities.
- Work with leaders to identify, develop, and strengthen the talent pipeline. Use Leadership Pillars and Diversity360 to shape culture and behaviors, empowering employees to reach their full potential.
- Implement learning and development initiatives to enhance both technical and managerial skills, in collaboration with HR Talent teams.
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees. Address ongoing issues through HR practices, processes, and policies to maintain compliance and engagement.
- Ensure adherence to global and local standards, rules, tools, policies, and processes related to operations and project execution.
- Support HR quality audits and ensure that processes meet required standards.
- Collaborate with project execution teams to ensure appropriate staffing, working closely with managers, Talent Acquisition, and Global Mobility for project worker mobilization.
- Contribute to dayâtoâday HR activities requiring HRBP involvement. Support managers in managing HR data and using dashboards and reports to facilitate decisionâmaking.
- Collect and report data to the local HR France teams to ensure that Grid Integration activities are properly recorded and compliant with French legislation.
Your Profile
- Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain collaborative working relationships.
- Previous leadership and/or HR experience in past roles is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the local labor market, legislation, and social policies.
- Strong understanding of business challenges and how HR can act as a true strategic partner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to reach consensus and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, communicate clearly, and align actions with stakeholders.
- Flexible, resilient, and able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively in a dynamic and demanding environment.
