About the position:
We have the perfect opportunity for an experienced Transportation Analyst. The role willreportintothe GCC Transportation Manager (Global Capability Center).This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where the successful candidatemustdemonstratea strong ownership mindset, be ready to drive execution directly, and act as a problem solver.
This role supports Transportation & Logistics execution by tracking performance andidentifyingopportunities to improve service and cost.Youâllown recurring KPI reporting and dashboards,monitortrends against internal targets, and investigate variances to surface root causes and actionable insights.Youâllpartner closely with Business Unit and GBS stakeholders to translate findings into practical recommendations, support issue resolution with strong follow-through, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.Youâllalso support carrier performance management by tracking service and cost drivers, escalating risks, andmaintainingaccuratedocumentation to enabletimelydecisions and operational stability.

AllTransportationExecutionprocessesacrossregionaldistributionPODâs
Daily monitoring and triage of TMS queries to ensure orders areoptimized, exceptions are resolved quickly, and shipments move on time
Dailymonitoringofqueriesvia TMS,ensuringordersareoptimized&shippedontime
Facilitate communications/coordination between internal customer groups and external carrier contacts to ensure attainment of service level objectives
Monitor data flows between ERP system, TMS, and WMS systems to ensure synchronization for successful transportation execution
IdentifyGaps in transportation capacity andinitiateaccuratemeasures withTransportationCapacity Planning team.
Daily interaction with off-site carriers and on-site carrier partners to resolve service and capacity issues with critical issues to management as needed.
Identifyopportunities across Transportation network & activities to enable service & cost improvement
 Qualifications:
Bachelorâs degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
1+ yearof Transportation & Logistics experience, ideally inFMCG with increasing scope and ownership
Strong knowledge of transportation execution and upstream/downstream dependencies (planning, customer/service impacts, warehouse interfaces)
Proficiencyin transportation systems and visibility tools (TMS, OTM, SAP, 4Kites), with the ability to troubleshoot data/process issues acrossERP/TMS/WMSflows
Demonstrated ability tocreatecontinuous improvement and operational excellence using data (e.g., root cause analysis, KPI tracking, standard work), with clear examples of cost, service, or productivity impact
Strong stakeholder communication skills, including influencing business partners and driving alignment across carriers, customer groups, and internal teams.
