About the Role
Weâre seeking a commercially driven relationship leader to grow and strengthen NAPAâs strategic customer network groups across NZ. This is a highly collaborative role working across Branch, Regional, Marketing and Merchandise teams to deliver sales growth, margin performance and increased market share. Youâll develop and execute customer group strategies, influence multi-site operations and help embed initiatives that support long-term growth. Youâll play a key role in aligning stakeholders, driving programme engagement and ensuring consistent execution across the network.
