The Project Manager will partner with internal teams to implement the Beacon platform for clients and serve as the central point of contact for the client and Beacon teams including Client Engineers and Delivery. This role will build strong product knowledge, manage a positive relationship with our clients, understand and apply project methodologies and risk management processes, and act as a point person for client-facing communication. Â
What Youâll Do:Â
Determine project scope and objectives to ensure teams are able to deliver against commitmentsÂ
Identify resources to deliver projects and forecast and resolve capacity utilization problemsÂ
Create and manage project plans, course correcting and escalating where necessaryÂ
Publish high quality project transparency to senior stakeholders on a regular basis Â
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the project lifecycleÂ
Engage senior client and internal stakeholders to review project progress and task-level status.Â
Liaise with the internal teams to support problem resolution activitiesÂ
Identify opportunities for project management process improvementsÂ
What Youâll Need:Â
Bachelor's degree required - computer science, finance, economics, or a related field preferredÂ
5+ years of project management/implementation and/or related experience at an investment management firm or vendorÂ
Strong familiarity with project management software toolsÂ
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Â
Strong familiarity with project management software toolsÂ
Methodical problem solving abilitiesÂ
Strong interpersonal skillsÂ
2+ years of Fintech onboarding and / or software implementation experience preferredÂ
A client-service mentality and collaborative work style.Â
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver with high quality
Salary Ranges:
Boise: $90,000-115,000
Chicago: $90,000-115,000
New York: $100,000-$140,000
