Job Description:
We areseekinga motivated and experienced Facility Manager to oversee daily operations at our automotive repair shop. The Facility Manager willbe responsible forleading the service team, managing workflow, ensuring safety and compliance, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the automotive repair facility, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service.
Lead, train, and motivate technicians, service advisors, and support staff to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals.
Monitor shop productivity, efficiency, and profitability,making adjustmentsas needed to meet targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Manage parts inventory, shop equipment, and facility maintenance.
Build andmaintainpositive relationships with customers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve service efficiency, andretaincustomers.
Monitor financial performance, including labor costs, parts sales, and overall profitability.
Recruit, onboard, and develop staff while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Reportoperational performance and needstosenior management.
Total Compensation Overview:
Facility Managerswill earn a competitive salary of$65,000 - $90,000+annually withmonthlybonus potential based on performance.

Required Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma, GED,or equivalent,andsuccessful business experience
Mustpossessavalid driver’s license
Experience:
2 or more years working with auto/truck systems and technical resources thatincludedsupervisory or management and project management experience.

Works well with individuals and groups to achieve common goals

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Work Environment
This position involves sitting, standing, walking, and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting,and carrying typical office equipment (averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight).

Normal or corrected hearing to the level of ability to receive detailed information orally and to accurately understand normal conversations, both in person and on the telephone.
