DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to independently manage job specific activities using the appropriate HR tools, processes and programs
Conducts knowledge and skill requirements definition
Builds appropriate stakeholder network to ensure positive working relationships
Conducts job specific research with recommended actions
Creates, reviews and maintains content and accuracy of process documentation for functional area
Prepares and/or processes applicable paperwork related to the administration of functional area of responsibility
Consults with associates on process standards and application of policy to individual situations
Manages projects in functional areas or as assigned, to accurate, timely and satisfactory completion
Identifies and engages required internal resources
Learning specific responsibilities:
Identifies appropriate training approach
Responsible for the design, development and delivery of training programs including e-learning offerings
Creates training materials using applicable design tools (i.e., Captivate, Flash, Prezi, etc.)
Participates in the training and development functions (planning, measurements, managing costs, charge backs, etc.)
Conducts classroom training and presentation of subject matter and/or create online training content
Talent Acquisitionspecific responsibilities:
Independently manages recruiting life cycle activities for assigned job openings (scoping position, posting job on various recruiting boards, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, dispositioning candidates, extending offers, kicking off on-boarding)
Tracks candidates and recruiting activities in applicant tracking system
Utilizes job boards, LinkedIn, and other candidate sourcing tools to find quality candidates
Consults with hiring leaders on recruiting strategy (sourcing techniques, candidate expertise, interview questions, offer process)
Promotes attributes of specific job, Ensono benefits and direction of Ensono to influence candidate’s decision to accept offers of employment
Participates in college recruiting activities – job fairs, interview days, information sessions
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have direct reports but may mentor less experienced associates in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Strong knowledge of job specific HR activities, tools, processes and programs
Ability to consult and counsel managers and associates concerning HR related issues/problems
Ability to adapt communication to fit the audience
Can use direct persuasion, facts and figures appropriately to gain buy-in and compel others to positive action
Solid demonstration of critical thinking/problem solving skills to frame a situation/concept
Communicates effectively downward, laterally and one layer upward
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD and 1 year of related work experience
Advanced, proven knowledge of HR support functions
