Position Overview
We areseekingaproactive,resilientand businessâoriented HR Business Partnerto join our Athensâbased HR team on afixedâterm contract.
In this role, you will act as atrusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing handsâon HR support while contributing to the delivery of keypeopleinitiatives across the organization. You will partner closely with management to support the full employee lifecycle and promote a culture of performance,engagementand continuous improvement in adynamic, multinational environment.
This position is ideal for an HR professional with a solid generalist background who is eager toexpand their business partnering exposureandoperateat the intersection ofpeoplestrategy and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & Performance Management
Coordinate and support theannual talent and performance management cycle, including goal setting, performancereviewsand development planning.
Partner with managers toidentifycapability and talent gaps, supporting succession planning and talent development actions.
Contribute tocareer development, learning initiatives and internal mobility processes, fostering employee growth and retention.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees onemployee relations topics, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Handle sensitive and complex cases with professionalism,discretionand sound judgment, escalating whenappropriate.
Promoteapositive,inclusiveand engaging employee experienceacross the organization.
Ensure a smooth and effectiveonboarding experiencefor new hires.
HR Operations, Governance & Analytics
Support key annual HR processes such ascompensation reviews, engagement surveys, traininginitiativesand workforce planning.
Ensuredata accuracy and integritywithin HR systems (HRIS) and prepare HR reports, dashboards and presentations asrequired.
SupportM&Aârelated activities, includingbenefitsharmonization and change support.
Partner with Finance tomanage headcount, labor costbudgetingand forecasting.
Provide insights through HR metrics to support informed decisionâmaking.
Requirements & Qualifications
Masterâs degree preferably inEconomics, Law, Humanities; aMasterâs in Human Resourcesis strongly preferred.
3â4 years of experiencein an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or Specialist role within acomplex, multinational organization.
Solid knowledge oflocal labor legislationand HR best practices.
Experience working withHR Information Systems (HRIS)and people analytics.
Strongcommunication,influencingand stakeholder management skills.
High levelofinterpersonal sensitivity and collaboration.
Provenhandsâon, canâdo attitudewith the ability tooperatein a fastâpaced environment.
Ability toprioritize effectively and work under pressure.
Fluency in Greek and English(written and spoken).
ExcellentproficiencyinMicrosoft Office.
