The Contracts Manager is responsible for professional, compliant, and strategic management of regional contracts, RFx activities, and pricing initiatives to advance Integra’s business across all portfolios. Reporting to the Head of Contracts, Tenders & Pricing (CTP), this highly autonomous individual contributor role maintains regional ownership while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance teams (among others) to streamline and optimize contract execution and pricing management.

Influence commercial decision-making through data-driven pricing
recommendations.
Ensure the integrity of line item pricing for assigned regions in internal systems.
Collaborate with Customer Service to assess daily customer PO price
discrepancies.
Respond to pricing inquiries from Field and customers daily as needed.
Procurement Customer & Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with procurement customers and key decision-makers to advance Integra’s business throughout the region.
Identify and drive opportunities to connect customers with commercial teams for
product education, contract strategy discussions, new business opportunities, etc.
Engage GPO and SSO customers to support early RFx development, category establishment, Enterprise lead generation, etc.
Required Qualifications
Based in the GTA with ability to travel to the office (hybrid work model).
