The opportunity
Join a collaborative, forwardâthinking team developing the next generation of digital monitoring and communications technologies for mediumâ and highâvoltage power equipment. In this role, you will contribute to solutions that improve grid reliability, advance industrial connectivity, and enable smarter, dataâdriven transformer monitoring. Youâll work with cuttingâedge communication interfaces, SCADAâintegrated systems, advanced data acquisition tools, and modern industrial operating environments. Whether you bring handsâon technical experience or are eager to grow into these areas, you will be supported with training, mentorship, and opportunities to innovate in a dynamic R&D setting. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How youâll make an impact
- Support research, development, and testing of digital monitoring and communication technologies.
- Assist in designing, configuring, and validating SCADAâintegrated monitoring systems.
- Work with industrial network protocols and OT communication interfaces.
- Contribute to software development activities using C and C#.
- Participate in device commissioning and system validation workflows.
- Support remote monitoring solutions using cellular communication technologies.
- Work within Linuxâbased operating environments for industrial applications.
- Document architectures, configurations, and validation results with clarity.
Your background
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Exposure to digital systems, industrial communication, or software development.
- Strong analytical and problemâsolving skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly in an R&D environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Interest in monitoring systems for mediumâ and highâvoltage equipment.
