The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will support the implementation of global programs in the factory by ensuringadherence to established global processes and solutions while contributingto continuous improvement initiatives and strategic programs. Drive effectiveusage and full adoption of core systems, such as SAP and MES, bymaximizing the potential of deployed solutions and realizing associatedbusiness benefits and engage with factory teams to gather and analyze business requirements,synthesizing input from stakeholders to identify needs and ensure alignmentwith organizational goals for process improvements.
2. You will drive the identification and elimination of template deviations in the factoryto ensure consistency with global processes.Support the harmonization of business processes by collecting andprioritizing improvement requirements from key users. Evaluate anddocument change requirements and submit them for approval following thedemand funnel process.Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex issues, implementing measuresto prevent reoccurrence. Propose improvements and modifications toenhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
3. You establish and implement metrics within the factory to enhance operationalefficiency and quality, ultimately driving customer satisfaction.Conduct thorough data collection and analysis to monitor business processperformance, ensuring accuracy in reporting to stakeholders and manage data practices within the factory to ensure accurate, consistent datamanagement across systems and maintain data integrity and accessibility.
4. You will identify local training needs and provide support by organizing trainingsessions and resources to enhance team competency and performance.Effectively communicate training opportunities and updates to ensure allteam members are informed and engaged and act as a change champion by driving the adoption of globally harmonizedprocesses and minimizing local customizations. Persuade stakeholders byclearly demonstrating and explaining the rationale behind global processes,effectively communicating the benefits to secure local buy-in andcommitment.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational roles related to business process management or program implementation in a manufacturing industry.
3. Solid understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to synthesize information and derive actionable insights for process improvement.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated competence in influencing and motivating teams to adopt new processes, reduce resistance, and achieve successful transitions to globally harmonized practices.
