The Opportunity
Step into a leadership role where operations excellence meets meaningful impact. As Production Manager â Dry Bushings, you will lead Dry Bushing Assembly operations at Hitachi Energy, ensuring safe, efficient, and highâquality production that supports critical energy infrastructure worldwide.
In this role, you will own daily production performance while shaping longerâterm capacity, cost, and improvement strategies. Youâll work closely with crossâfunctional partners across manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality, and leadership to align people, processes, and technology with business priorities. From optimizing schedules and budgets to driving lean manufacturing initiatives, your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team engagement.

How youâll make an impact
Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across daily operations
Plan and manage production capacity to meet demand and business strategy
Lead daily scheduling to achieve delivery, quality, and productivity targets
Monitor KPIs, analyze performance gaps, and drive corrective actions
Manage production budgets and control costs against targets
Optimize use of labor, equipment, and materials
Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead, coach, and develop a highâperforming production team
Your Background
Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing and quality standards
Proven experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement
Ability to analyze operational and financial data to support decisions
