Join us in shaping the future of nextâgeneration data center power systems. As a Technical Solutions Engineering - Data Center, youâll partner closely with customers to design, optimize, and implement cuttingâedge electrical power delivery solutions that support the fastâevolving demands of highâefficiency, highâdensity digital infrastructure. Youâll serve as a trusted technical advisorâconnecting deep engineering insight with realâworld applications and emerging market needs.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
In this role, youâll blend application engineering, solutions development, and strategic customer engagementâwhile contributing directly to innovation across our data center portfolio. If youâre energized by technical problemâsolving, building strong customer relationships, and influencing the direction of tomorrowâs power technologies, this is the place to make a real impact.
This position is remote, with residency required in the surrounding areas of San Francisco or Dallas/Fort Worth. Travel: 30%â50%.
How Youâll Make an Impact
Collaborate with product and business teams to shape application strategies.
Support sales with technical training, documentation, and expertise.
Deliver consultative guidance to operations and engineering partners.
Develop and promote methods to optimize transformer components.
Lead advanced engineering assignments using innovative approaches.
Create and enhance technical solutions that elevate customer satisfaction.
Coordinate testing, manufacturing, and installation activities.
Serve as a technical liaison across internal and external stakeholders.
Your Background
Bachelorâs degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data center environments.
Strong understanding of design, manufacturing, and testing processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical projects.
Skilled communicator with collaborative problemâsolving abilities.
Experience in customerâfacing technical support is beneficial.
