High Voltage Breakers (HV Breakers) is a business unit within Hitachi Energy with global responsibility for the development, manufacturing, and sales of high-voltage breakers for both AC and DC power systems. High-voltage breakers are a vitalcomponentof reliable and energy-efficient power systems worldwide.

Lead and support a team of engaged employees who strive to improve their work every day
Take responsibility for driving continuous improvement initiatives, budget follow-up, and people management
Manage a varied role with multiple areas of responsibility, focusing on completing and delivering products to our global customers

Your background
A relevant education or equivalent work experience, preferably with some knowledge of high-voltage products
Solid understanding of electrical systems and electrical safety. Experience fromhigh-voltageenvironments, industrial electrical systems, or similar safetycritical production settings is highly valued
Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to build a shared vision, coaching others toward success through a present and hands-on leadership style
An innovative mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement and the ability to motivate others
The ability to manage change with energy, positivity, and commitment
A quality- and results-oriented approach,strong communicationskills, and a flexible, holistic perspective
Proficiencyin both Swedish and English is required
