Global RGM Head
The Global Head of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) defines and drives the companyâs global RGM strategy to maximize value creation, profitability, and sustainable growth. Leading the Global RGM Centre of Excellence, this role partners with Zone leaders and crossâfunctional teams to embed dataâdriven, digitally enabled RGM capabilities across markets, optimize pricing, promotions, and portfolio mix, and ensure disciplined execution that enhances both shortâterm profitability and longâterm enterprise value.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Define the global strategic roadmap for RGM and partner with Zones to ensure effective implementation and delivery.
- Lead the Global RGM CoE, developing frameworks, tools, and best practices that drive consistent revenue growth outcomes.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and adoption of RGM digital tools and analytics to enable advanced, data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align RGM initiatives with overall business priorities and growth targets.
- Manage and develop a global team, fostering capability building and the sharing of best practices across regions.
- Design and execute RGM strategies tailored to emerging markets, ensuring scalability and impact.
- Lead strategic value creation projects that enhance competitiveness and long-term business performance.
- Drive global standardization of RGM methodologies while ensuring flexibility for local market needs.
- Champion the integration of RGM tools and insights into everyday business operations to accelerate impact.
Expected Experience & Required Skills

- 10+ years in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, or related functions within a global FMCG or consumer goods company.
- Proven expertise in pricing, promotions, pack architecture, and portfolio optimization.
- Strong track record leading global or regional RGM initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced analytical skills and experience implementing digital RGM tools and data-driven decision frameworks.
- Strategic, influential leader with strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
- Experience in emerging markets and driving global standardization across diverse geographies
- Meaningful experience in other areas of Finance such as Strategy, Financial Planning, Head of Finance / CFO of the market, etc. are a plus
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Normal office environment with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces Additionally, this role requires flexibility for global interaction
