Objective:
TheInsightManageris the cconsumeradvocate to represent customerās voice in business decisions.
Will be responsible for gathering & sharing insights that can be used to inform and support decision making. This role is also important to the wider business as reliable consumer and market insights are a critical enabler for the growth of the product/service.Devising actionable strategies from customer insights.
Will be responsible for Insights within the MX BU, attending different internal customers like Marketing, Food Service, Trade MKT and R&D teams, being the counsel and expert to better tackle the market and consumer needs / gaps the company faces. This role is a key strategic business partner inspiring and shaping consumer-centric strategies that drive growth across our categories.
Bringing the consumer perspective to marketing decision making by executing market analysis and research activities to provide insights and recommendations.

Main Responsibilities
ā¢Establish & continuously improve a āone view of the consumerā insights agenda for the BU, working to ensure we are consumer led in all that we do.
ā¢Drive the development of successful Consumer centric Innovation, Renovation and Brand Equity strategies.
ā¢Build future facing capability,identifying trends and opportunity spaces to guide Strategic Planning.
ā¢Collaborate with our internalMarketing,Trade MKT,Food service andR&D teams as well as external agencies to support the successful execution of key brand and commercial initiatives, bringing the consumer into the heart of our decision making.
ā¢Manage key suppliers:Externalperformancetracking(IRI,Kantar,Dunnhumbyetc.)
Competencies (experiences/ Education):
DegreeinMarketing,BusinessAdministrationor related field
An experienced leader with established track record in consumer insights from within consumer/FMCG or retail industries
Experienced in working at a strategic level, leveraging consumer knowledge to influence short and long-termbusinessdecisionsandprovenexpertisein driving an innovation/growth agenda.
Highly proficient, displaying a broad & diverse range of knowledge/application skills across the full range of consumerresearchdisciplinesincludingemerging techniques. Commercially and analytically savvy.
Strong,credibleandclear communicatorwithan ability to work across function & geography through excellent interpersonal skills.
