Job Description
- Manage end-to-end (E2E) people processes (hiring, onboarding, capability improvement, offboarding). Employee coverage: thirdâparty labor supporting Karawang plant across all departments.
- Lead capability improvement programs for thirdâparty workers through a series of training initiatives, with the objective of building a robust talent pipeline for permanent positions and multiâskilled operators.
- Monitor and manage general facilities (canteen, locker rooms, parking, sports field, music & gym, training room, supplemental meals, office supplies) to ensure fulfilment of management requirements and compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
- Support implementation of engagement activities to maintain and improve employee satisfaction.
- Ensure plant facilities compliance, including PBB, IMB, and thirdâparty worker registration.
- Supervise budget management and payment processes for supplemental meals, utilities (water, electricity, gas), thirdâparty labour costs, and complianceârelated fees.
- Supervise GA taskforce (drivers, receptionists, cleaners and gardeners, helpers, security)
- Oversee asset management for the perimeter and conduct full E2E service coverage supporting asset services (workplace infrastructure, reception, housekeeping, signage). Full E2E includes maintaining vendor relationships, contract management, ensuring timely payments, performance monitoring, handling escalations/complaints on behalf of the company, and creating, developing, and implementing related work systems, procurement procedures, and maintenance.
