Position Title: Business Development ManagerĀ - Commercial Roofing
Location: Europe remote
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive growth of H.B. Fullerās commercial roofing portfolio across the EIMEA region by identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with key customers. The role collaborates with commercial, technical, and marketing teams to deliver innovative adhesive solutions and expand market presence. It requires a proactive, strategic approach to developing markets, managing complex accounts, and representing H.B. Fuller as a trusted partner.
Primary Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and build pipelineĀ
Grow OEM and distributor accountsĀ
Execute blueāchip projects and new launchesĀ
Lead proposals, pricing, and negotiationsĀ
Meet sales targets; forecast accuratelyĀ
Research market, leads, and competitorsĀ
Partner with regional sales and technical teamsĀ
Travel 30ā50% across EIMEA; US as needed
Minimum Requirements
3ā5 years in sales/BD/account managementĀ
Roofing market experience
Complex, multiāsite account managementĀ
Fluent English; work authorization in hiring countryĀ
