As the Plant Quality Manager, you will be the key quality and technical leader for the process. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing all quality activities within a Business Team or medium-sized plant. You will partner with manufacturing leadership to ensure compliance with Goodyear quality standards, GQMTS, and customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, enforcing, and auditing work procedures to ensure quality products, fostering the organizational development of your direct reports, supporting continuous improvement and optimization initiatives, and driving a high-performance culture.

Education
- Required: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
- Desired: You may also have an advanced degree or additional quality, leadership, or systems certifications.
Experience
- You bring 10+ years of experience across at least three distinct departments,
divisions, or locations.
