Why This Role Matters
As a Compliance & Ethics Analyst (Third-Party Risk Management), you will support Goodyearâs Global Compliance & Ethics team in managing the organizationâs compliance-related third-party risk management (TPRM) processes. This role helps ensure that Goodyearâs relationships with external partners align with the companyâs ethical standards, internal policies, and legal and regulatory requirements, particularly those related to anti-bribery, sanctions and export controls, human rights protections, and fraud prevention.
In this role, you will help strengthen Goodyearâs TPRM framework by supporting with: the review and analysis of third-party due diligence data; documenting, reporting on, and addressing third-party due diligence findings; managing TPRM workflow and processes; and addressing related compliance matters.
Your analytical mindset and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of Goodyearâs third-party due diligence processes and supporting the objectives and continuous improvement of Goodyearâs global Compliance & Ethics program.
What Youâll Do
Manage, optimize, and develop compliance-related third-party due diligence workflows, including those related to anti-bribery due diligence, sanctions and restricted party screening, and continuous transaction monitoring processes.
Review and analyze third-party due diligence data, reports, and other risk indicators, in support of ensuring third-party relationships adhere to Goodyearâs compliance and ethics standards.
Assist with addressing, escalating, remediating, and reporting on third-party due diligence findings and issues, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
Prepare analytics, dashboards, and reporting materials to support Compliance & Ethics reporting needs, both internal and external.
Partner with Procurement, Legal, Internal Audit, HR, and other internal teams to support third-party due diligence processes, reporting, remediation, and investigations.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of third-party risk assessment methodologies, monitoring tools, and analytics capabilities.
Support broader Compliance & Ethics initiatives, including research on discreet topics, preparing and conducting internal training, developing and enhancing TPRM processes and guidance documentation, and supporting audits of third-party activities.
What Youâll Bring
Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in compliance, audit, risk management, or related business functions, ideally for a U.S.-based company with global operations.
Experience in data analytics and reporting, with the ability to interpret data and identify potential risks.
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to clearly present insights and information and collaborate with a wide range of audiences across different functions, geographies, and responsibilities.
Proven organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive process improvements.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and compliance best practices related to anti-bribery/anti-corruption, sanctions and trade controls, ideally in the context of managing and mitigating these risk topics with respect to an organizationâs third parties.
Experience working with Compass, SAP, Diligent-Securimate, EY Virtual, Salesforce, NAVEX, or similar third-party management platforms; additional language skills are considered an advantage, particularly Chinese, Portuguese, or Spanish.
