As a Sr Manager Business Unit, you will directly report to the country MD/GM and functionally to the corresponding LA Vice President.Ā The positionis accountable for the sales, product, channeladvertising and communication strategies as well as the teams and processes to achieve revenue/EBIT/units goals.
What you'll do
Ensures thatvolume/mix/profit targets are achieved.
Leads the sales and Marketing teams, followingpolicies and proceduresto achieve the expected results.
Manages the Business Unit P&L (e.g., budgeting, expenditures, profitability, return-on-investment, etc.) to ensure a profitable operation considering market back prices,and taking actions on cost variations.
Develops and execute short to mid-term (1-3 years) sales, channel, price, portfolio and communication strategies and plans, aligned with the country objectives and reginal strategies, that drives desired business results.
Establishes and implements sales, channel, price, portfolio and communication strategies that have short to mid-term (3-5 years) impact on business results in alignment with country objectives and regional strategies.
Engage country back office team(Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Marketing...) to ensure compliance and adherence to the plan.
Develop the Sales & Marketing Team to assure that talent is motivated.
What Weāre Looking For
Bachelors in business and/or Marketing
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in leadership position in sales and marketing business,fleet, retailor auto-parts business.
Experience interacting with dealer networks, as well as interacting with direct clients, participation in bids, private and governmental.
Experience with P&L Management in operational business organizations, with heavy S&OP process, considering imported products, manufacturing planning and supply chain.
In-depth experience with product portfolio management, pricing, and channels management.
Experience working with regional and remote teams, as well as interacting with different levels in organizations.
Solid Understanding of Channel Management variables and the relationship and dependence of sales performance to supply chain and manufacturing performance. Influencer during negotiations seeking to leverage business.
Sales Planning and Sales Analysis with Automated Tools and S&OP process Role Model to the organization ā Walk the Talk, Solid Principles and Integrity.
Demonstrate a strong history of meeting personal and team monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and financial goals.

What Will Set You Apart
MBA in Marketing, Economics or Business.
Experience of 5+ years leading sales and marketing areas in the tire industry.
Experience in the Truck/Busses industry and Mining industry knowledge(for Commercial).
Experience in Multinational Corporations.
