Why This Role Matters
The Specialist Finance Europe South will provide accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to support business decisions and performance management. This role acts as a key link between country/cluster teams and the Shared Services Center, ensuring compliance with standards while driving process automation, standardization, and continuous improvement. The position also involves monitoring financial indicators, preparing scenario-based forecasts, and allocating resources effectively to maintain service levels across multiple countries.

What Youâll Do
Perform financial analyses and prepare periodic reports to support business decisions; monitor and evaluate selected financial indicators for performance management (actual vs. budget, prior year, forecast) at segment and company level, providing recommendations to improve results and processes.
Support the relationship between country/cluster teams and the Shared Services Center interface to provide routine and ad-hoc financial support.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and oversee the preparation and submission of financial forecasts based on agreed standards.
Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements and standardization within the team, encouraging best practice sharing and continuous improvement.
Review first-level financial analyses to explain forecast, plan, or prior performance variances, and assess forecast scenarios and reports to validate assumptions and identify gaps or surpluses.
Maintain flexibility to support multiple countries and peak periods, monitor performance against service levels, and ensure quality and up-to-date process documentation.
What You'll Bring
At least 4 to 6 yearsâ experience in a relevant position with proven evidence of analytical skills with clear business acumen.
Bachelorâs degree in business, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
Solid finance understanding (specifically in the area of business support finance and/or factory FP&A/controlling) and overall business experience in commercial environments
Experience working in cross-functional and matrix environments, with the ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate closely with the business
Ability to analyze data, identify issues/opportunities and propose solutions/alternatives in a pro-active manner
Strong communication skills across all organizational levels, with the ability to listen effectively, articulate clearly, and collaborate as a positive, open-minded team player
Fluent in English
