Why This Role Matters
As a Team Leader (Supply Chain), you will lead a customer-facing team responsible for end-to-end order-to-cash processes, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction in line with Goodyear standards.
You will play a key role in developing your team, driving operational excellence, and managing complex customer scenarios. Acting as a bridge between customers, Sales, and Supply Chain functions, your contribution will directly impact service performance, team growth, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
What Youâll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer-facing team, driving performance management, development planning, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure excellent customer and stakeholder management by collaborating closely with Sales, Centre of Excellence, and Supply Chain teams, and acting as an escalation point for complex issues.
Oversee end-to-end order-to-cash operations, including order entry, order management, and delivery planning, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a customer-centric approach.
Drive efficient slot and delivery management to optimize volumes (sell the plan), meet customer requirements providing reliable order confirmation and balance service levels with cost efficiency.
Supervise quality and claims management processes, ensuring timely resolution of customer claims and transparent communication across all relevant areas.
Monitor and drive team performance against key KPIs such as Call Service Level, Delivery Performance and Claim Resolution, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Assess the quality of interactions of the team with customers and internal stakeholders.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation by identifying process optimization opportunities, supporting automation initiatives, and contributing to regional or global projects.
What Youâll Bring
Bachelorâs degree.
Advanced level of German and English.
Proven experience in a Team Leader role within a customer-facing environment.
Experience in automotive or industrial environments is considered a strong advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
Advanced user level in MS Office, SAP (Order Management & Quality Management), and reporting tools such as Power BI.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills, with a customer-centric mindset and solid understanding of order-to-cash processes.
