Tread & Cavity Engineer

This position is responsible for providing support on projects utilizing Goodyear systems and processes. The incumbent seeks solutions to technical problems and conducts work on assigned tasks.

• Develop new innovative products, processes and methods to meet internal and external customer requirements.
• Gather and analyze data to solve problems. Communicate results to the team.
• Serve as a technical liaison for various internal functions, manufacturing facilities and tire manufacturers by providing technical support.
• Utilize tools and processes to evaluate products, processes and methods in order to obtain results.
• Expand technical knowledge and skill development for position specific skills and personal development.
