Educational Requirements:
Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (M.S. or PharmD degree required)Ā Ā
ASHP-Accredited Hospital Residency, board certification training program or equivalent clinical experience.Ā
Preferred Qualifications:
Residency program manager, coordinator or preceptor with evidence of involvement in program management
Certification/Licensure Requirements:
Licensed, registered pharmacist by the Board of Pharmacy in the state(s) practicing within the Essentia Health system
Registered as a preceptor by the Board of Pharmacy in the state(s) practicing within the Essentia Health system within two (2) years of date of hire
