We are looking fora Clinical Success Specialistto join our team.Ā You will help support the rapid growth of the Spark and Digital Orthodontic business unit of Envista. This role will be a first point of contact for new Spark customers, ensuring successful onboarding and utilizationthrough collaboration with internal partners.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for successful clinical onboarding of new customers
Education for the doctors on our internal systems, processes and protocols for Spark case design
Responsible for clinical communication with the doctors on initial set of treatments during onboarding, with a focus on understanding their treatment preferences to ensure successful case design
Responsible for facilitating case revisions for our new Spark users during their onboarding period
Primary point of contact for initialclinical support for new customers
Responsible for coordination of the main metrics for the doctors
Tracking and monitoring case revisions, refinements, case scores and commentsĀ
Proactive communication with internal andĀ external stakeholders
Ensuring successful adoption and utilization of Spark in the customerās practice during the onboarding period
Responsible for creating training materials for assigned designers and providing tools for them to understand the new customer's design preferences and workflow fullyĀ
