COMPENSATION PER COURSE:Ā
In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $1,100ā$4,700 per 3-credit course. This range reflects base pay only and is determined by course enrollment, spanning from the minimum rate for low-enrolled courses to the maximum established rate. This does not include other potential compensation or benefits.Ā Ā
All courses meet online.Ā
Instructors are expected to:
Deliver the course(s) in person or online in their assigned time blocks.
Abide by Endicottās academic policies as described in the Collegeās faculty handbook.
Use the course description and honor the learning outcomes of each course.
Use Canvas as the courseās learning management system.
Meet deadlines for roster verification and submission of grades.
Communicate with the dean or other administrators if issues arise concerning the teaching of specific classes.
Meet with students if they request assistance or need clarification for any course-related matter, if requested.
Provide samples of student work that may be used for assessment purposes.
Use the Endicott email when communicating with students outside of class.
Qualifications: A minimum of a Masterās degree is required, and college-level teaching experience is preferred. This program requires a MA license in School Counseling or LMHC.
