Summary:
AsSr. Associate,Go-To-Market, you will support the product teamtooptimizeand scale Ada’sdatacenter offerings that align and exceed industry standards and customer standards.This rolefocuses on translating market insight and customer requirementsinto clear commercial strategies that guideproduct offerings,customer engagement, andpricing structures. Working cross-functionally, the role helps ensure consistent execution from strategy through deal delivery, supporting sustainable revenue growth and strong customer relationships in a capital-intensive, rapidly evolving data center environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating pricing submissions, deal reviews, and approval requests.
Review deals for commercial and pricing accuracy using the approved price book, historical deal data, and standard financial models.
Ensure all deal inputs(including pricing, power, term, scope, and services)are complete,accurate, and consistently documented across projects and regions.
Capture all deal details, approvals, assumptions, and rationale in the system and plan of record.
Partner with internal stakeholders to support clear, consistent, andtimelycustomerfacingcommunications.
Workcrossfunctionallytomaintainprice book hygieneandregional pricing alignment.
Consolidatecustomer feedback, market signals, and competitive insights to informgotomarketand product planning discussions.
Monitor industry trends across data center infrastructure, cloud, edge, and sustainability and share relevant insights with internal teams.
Support revenue teams by helping equip them with tools, training materials, and messaging needed to sell data center solutions effectively.
Partnerwith internal teams to support pipeline development, pursuit strategy, and deal structure for hyperscale and strategic transactions.
Assistwith the development of customer presentations, value propositions, pitch decks, and competitive battlecards as needed.
Skills & Experience
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree ineconomics, management, science, business, applied math, statistics, finance, analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
5-8years' experience in a strategic or analytical role, including Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales / Revenue Operations, or other similar industry.
Proven experience in GTM, product marketing, or commercial strategy within data centers, cloud infrastructure, hardware, or related technology sectors.
Demonstrated ability to translate product roadmaps into commercial plans, segmentation strategies, and scalable launch frameworks.
Strongtrack recordbuilding sales enablement materials—value propositions, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and customer‑ready narratives.
Ability to synthesize customer feedback, competitive signals, and industry trends into actionable insights for product and executive teams.
Demonstrated ability to work across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align on GTM priorities.
Strong communicationand collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with a cross-functional team and with technical and executive audiences.
Preferred qualifications:

Strong understanding of data center technologies (e.g., power, cooling, networking,compute, sustainability).
